Hitting the Wall

I’ve hit a wall at 151. Actually, I’ve hit three walls. I was pulling old insulation out in the downstairs part of the 60s addition when I discovered, beneath the insulation, a cement block wall. I’d thought those walls were framed in wood, but no, the entire lower level is cement blocks. When I stopped saying repeatedly, why would anyone do this? I did…
